Me: Thank you for calling Carriage Company, how may I help you?
Guy: Yes, I got one of your cards the other day and I'm trying to go to your website but it's not working so I figured I'd call to get some more information.
Me: :freaking out: I'm sorry about the inconvenience.  Are you getting an error message?
Guy: Yea, it's saying that I need to log in or something and all this crazy stuff just shows up when I try to go to it.
Me: Are you sure you have the address spelled right?  It's www.carriagecompany.com
Guy: Oh...  I was typing in the address that you have on the card... info@carriagecompany.com
Me: No, sir, that's our email address.  If you want to send us an email you would use that address.  The website is just carriagecompany.com
