A lady called and left her number and a message asking us to call her back so she could get more info about the rides.  J Called her back...

Lady: Hello?
J: Hi, this is J with Carriage Company.  I'm returning your call from earlier.
Lady: I didn't call a carriage company.  You have the wrong number.
J: Ok, sorry about that.

J calls the number again, thinking he had misdialed the first time.

Lady: Hello?
J: This is J with Carriage Company.  I missed a call from you earlier.
Lady: This is the second time you guys have called.  I didn't call any carriage companies.
J: I'm sorry, I had a missed call on my phone from this number and a message asking about a carriage ride.
Lady: Nobody called you from here! :hangs up:

She calls back 5 minutes later:

J: Hello?
Lady: I'm sorry, I did call about the carriages earlier.  I wanted to get some more information about your rides...
